Malcolm B. Seawell

Attorney at Law

I attended law school at the University of Denver where I received my law degree in 1991. In July of 1996, I began a career in private practice where I have continued to focus and grown my expertise in criminal defense and personal injury law. I am admitted to practice in both Colorado state and federal courts. Most notably, I have tried in excess of 100 criminal trials, as a prosecutor and defense attorney.

Nicole Elias Seawell

COO/Family and Estate Planning Counselor

As the firm's Chief Operating Officer, Nicole is responsible for the management of each client and has extensive experience working with clients facing family estate and wealth planning matters. She greatly enjoys being able to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families alike through her services.
